I just bought Halo 2 Vista brand new online, it was all sealed up and had the familiar and authentic looking Microsoft sticker or whatever that holds the DVD case closed and prevents it from being opened, It installed fine it even runs fine and activatedjust fine. However when it comes tot he GFWL portion it keeps telling me that my product key is invalid.

I have triple checked the key to make sure I am entering it correctly, I can not log into GFWL so I can enjoy MP and achievements which is the main reasonI bought this game. I have looked for an answer and can't find one. I tried all the generic fixes. Cleared cookies and temp internet files, did a clean boot.
